With it's easy and quick limit setting, the BeltLift is simple and easy to install. With the long-lasting pinion gear system, no future lubrication is every required!. The opener has a variable speed DC motor that allows for a "soft" start and stop operation which will extend the life of your door and torsion springs.
Genie garage door openers are made to meet high standards for both safety and security: the BeltLift features Genie's Safe-T-Beam auto-reverse technology, designed to prevent injury and property damage. The Genie opener as comes with the Intellicode system that selects a new code from 4.3 billion possible combinations that change after each use, helping keep unauthorized users out of your garage.
