Genie 3-button, Intellicode 2, remote is compatible with all Genie Intellicode , and Overhead Door CodeDodger (rolling code) hand held transmitters made from 1997 to present. This is a 3 button remote, which can be used to operate up to 3 garage doors using InteliCode radio controls. This remote is defaulted to operate the new InteliCode 2 Genie garage door openers, but you can also program individual buttons to operate other InteliCode 1 (pre 2011) models of Genie garage door openers made from 1997 to present. Features

This is a brand new Genie Intellicode 2 model G3T-BX three-button visor or key chain garage door opener or Intellicode radio receiver remote control transmitter. This remote works with all Genie Intellicode or Overhead Doors Code Dodger garage door openers or gate radio receivers manufactured since 1997. This newly designed remote is compatible with the Genie Intellicode 1 versions also known as the series II control system as well as the new Intellicode 2 system introduced in 2011. Each button can be individually set for either the Intellicode 1 mode or the Intellicode 2 mode. The remote includes programming instructions on how to change the mode of the individual button from Intellicode 2 (factory default) mode to the Intellicode 1 mode. Once each of the button are set to the correct mode for the device it is to operate, it then needs to be added to the door opener or radio receivers memory. Will not work on garage door openers or gate receivers that use the older code switch type remotes or the original Intellicode system manufactured prior to 1997. Controls up to three garage door openers or gate radio receivers. The remote measures a small 2-1/2 inches by 1-3/4 inches and can be clipped onto a key chain or used with the included visor clip. The G3T-BX remote is a dual frequency remote that sends both 390 MHz and 315 MHz frequencies to the receiver.
