Features
The Liftmaster 3800 residential jackshaft garage door opener is perfectly engineered solution to fit your specific garage door opener requirements. Perfect for residential and light duty commercial applications up to 14' high doors. Wall-mount installation - mounts on the left or right side of door. No rails to hang, it simply mounts on the wall and attaches to the garage door torsion bar. Unit requires an electrical outlet within 6 feet. It comes with a remote 200-watt light that can be positioned anywhere in the garage. By installing the optional EverCharge Standby Power System (sold separately), you can continue to operate your opener even when the power goes out. Security+ rolling code technology.

Specially designed for garages and unique applications that don't allow for a traditional garage door opener, such as garages with very low, cathedral or obstructed ceilings; for sectional doors only, up to 14 ft. high or 180 sq. ft., 650 lbs. Ultra-quiet 24VDC motor performance. Push button limit settings automatic force sensing allows for faster setup. Meets all UL325 requirements. Compatibility: Works on residential and commercial sectional garage doors up to 14' high and up to 650lbs. Garage door must have a 1" torsion bar.

Includes: (1) Liftmaster model 3800 RJO sidemount jackshaft garage door opener, (1) Premium Remote Control 373P, (1) Smart Control Panel 398LM, Remote Light, Photo eye sensor protection system, owner's manual and installation instructions.
