Features
Technical: Liftmaster 312HM High Memory Coaxial Universal Receiver. For garage door opener or gate operations. Utilizes 315 MHz Security+ technology so the code between the remote and receiver changes with each use for added security. Over 100 billion possible codes in High Security mode that stores up to 15 Security+ remote and keyless entry code rotating transmitters. Normal security memory stores up to 31 of any type transmitter including billion code, code rotating or code switch remote. this receiver will work on 12V DC or 18 - 35V AC/DC, jumper selectable. Momentary or constant contact, jumper selectable.

Compatibility: Works with 2005 and later models and ALL Liftmaster, Sears Craftsman or Chamberlain remotes, as described with Security+ technology.
