Very happy that I could find this product.   This was the only site that actually had the product to buy online.   This product is excellent in that even though it is a spray, it goes directly on the area you need to lubricate and does not drip.  The shipment was prompt.

Best lubricant I have found for the garage door.  I have tried every other lube out there on my almost 20 year old metal double garage door.  This one stopped all the squeaks and groans.  All my neighbors used to hear my door open and close, but no longer!  Stays put and does seem to "gel" even in the Florida heat.

Bought the gel along with a garage opener repair kit.  If you want to do the job right, get everything you need.  After rebuiling the opener, used the spray gel to lube the wheels, hinges and tracks on the garage door.  Made a huge difference in the ease of opening and closing.  (lack of lubrication of the door probably caused the gears in the motor to fail.)  Delivery prompt.  Will also use this for my other house as that garage door is squeeking as well and probably was never lubed by the previous owners.
