This company is great didn't get the run around like some other companies. When I got it ( which was shipped fast ) Installed it that day and got back to doing my side jobs. Thanks Star door parts I will only buy from you if something else goes wrong or I need parts

3 of 5 Spring ends where not the correct style February 26, 2017

I'm aware of the different ends, Original and the Plus , I'm pretty sure I ordered correctly. I managed to muscle off the old ends and use the springs you sent.  Seems rather odd that the two springs had such a difference in length. Manual stresses the importance of equal number of revolutions to load tension ?

GREAT!!!!!!!..... It was everything advertised and more. sale's rep was friendly and was able to get what we needed with half the info due to the painter painting over the info tag on the spring bar. Would use this company again.

After receiving poor customer service from my local garage door supplier I went to find parts on my own. I found the site and made an order for the parts I needed given the information that I had. After placing the order I received a phone call for more information, because the order didn't seem correct in the opinion of Star Door Parts. They were correct and worked me through the information they needed to not only get me the correct parts, but als at a cheaper rate.

Delivery was a few business days as promised.  A quick response by phone and email clarified the part delivered and the emailed link to the Wayne Dalton instructions made this a straight forward diy project.  I feel good accomplishing this myself.  Thank you!
