Outstanding customer service. Product was out of stock when I ordered it and I promptly notified of the expected stock date and asked if I still wanted it. Item was shipped as soon as they got it in, and shipped priority 3 day at no additional charge - Great experience. Oh, and the product was just what I needed to replace malfunctioning wireless units.

5 of 5 Wired set August 3, 2013
Reviewer: Joseph Nasipak from Lexington, OH United States
The only issue I had with the indicated parts was an apparent break in the wire of one of the units (sending). Not apparent until after installation and test. I put an Multi-Meter across the wires and had no continuity on the one side, I then went to a place about 5' from the sending unit and cut the wire. Tested again for continuity and test was good so there was a break somewhere between that point and the opener. I ran a new wire from the splice point to the opener and everything was fine. Product worked flawlessly form then on but it took twice as long to install as it should have. next time i'll test product prior to full installation. Also, the carriage bolt fasteners were crap. Luckily I had some of the same type fasteners from a previous installation (US Mfg) that worked perfectly. quality control was marginal at best. But, it works now and I can use my opener again.
