I had previously ordered these to replace broken door handles.  Several neighbors in our age-restricted community had the same issue (snow removal damage) so I ordered 10 kits for their use.  I quickly received a call as Star only had 5 in stock.  We spoke and they offered to try to get just the plastic handle from their supplier.  Unfortunately the supplier declined, but Star quickly sent the 10 units as soon as they were available.

Way to go.
