Great customer service which returned my call(s) and helped me figure out the weight of the old door (but still good and not needing to be replaced). The replacement spring is of very good quality and the shipping speed was great.

I had ordered the incorrect spring online and was contacted that same day with concern that my order was incorrect,  (left side vs right side spring) based on their experience. The right part was ordered and was at my door without any delay. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend
