Fast service, great parts and had exactly what I needed. I’m old school and requested phone contact but never could complete. Kinda frustrating when some reviewers talked about your availability via phone. Anyway, the only problem I had was how many twists to put on spring. Figured it out myself because I suspected a call would be futile. But in the end, I spent countless hours trying to locate parts and your shop delivered!! For that, you guys rock

I ordered the springs on a Sunday and received on a Thursday. Very easy process entering the specs of my door into their online ordering platform. Installation went perfect and I saved myself over $300 by doing it myself. I will definitely use Star in the future and have recommended them to my neighbors who are dealing with the same issues as all of the houses were built around the same time.

I was very happy with this product but what really impressed me more than the product was the service I received. The staff took the time to make sure I was getting the part I needed (I truly had no idea how heavy my garage door was). They helped me not to buy something I didn’t need and it worked perfectly. The parts I received were fantastic and the staff are fantastic.
