Tim at Star Door provided exceptional customer service.  From the point of ordering where he assisted in making sure I got the right parts for the Wayne-Dalton garage doors I had...all the way through to delivery when I had some issues on delivery with FedEx.  He contacted me numerous times to keep me updated.  Definitely a great customer experience!  I highly recommend Star Door and if you need advice...ask for Tim!

Customer service was incredible.  Tim communicated with me via telephone and e-mail , even after hours.

Unfortunately the factory shipped the wrong springs to me and thus delayed the process of me fixing my door by several days.  They corrected it right away and re-shipped.

I have a Wayne Dalton garage door with 2 Torquemaster Plus springs. Over a period of a month I had both springs break on me. The nearby garage door businesses in my area either didn't stock parts for my garage door, or would only sell me the springs if I also paid to have them installed. I am a DIY type of person and only needed the springs.

I contacted Star Door Parts and Tim hooked me up. He was very responsive via email and answered all of my questions. And even though I placed my order after their cut off time for same day shipping, he was able to get the springs shipped out the same day! Everything arrived in a few days and I had the door working in a few hours.

Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
