Very easy to install, springs ends was color-coded red and yellow no instructions indicating which was the left or right besides that, great product.

I wasn't sure how exactly to order given I'm not too familiar with the door weight and so forth. I emailed as they mentioned and was asked to send a couple of photos (you may want to add these when you first email to save time) of the door and label from the current spring. They responded quickly with the order information and I placed the order the same day and had my springs within the week and they were an exact replacement for my existing springs. Took me about an hour to install and they work great. I was also glad they recommended I replace both at the same time.
