Star Door Parts offers the option of shipping orders using the US Postal Service (USPS) First Class, USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on select parts for online orders (phone orders do not qualify) shipped within the continental US (free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada). Orders with free shipping are sent USPS First Class Ground.

FedEx orders can be shipped by the following methods: Standard Ground/Home Delivery, 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight.
Orders placed with FedEx are guaranteed to have a tracking number. FedEx tracking numbers are updated and emailed within 1-2 business days. FedEx Overnight & 2nd Day Air tracking numbers are updated and emailed to you the next business day as they become available from the freight carrier. Please note that if you select FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air as your shipping options your order must be placed no later than 12pm CST. If your order is received after that, your order will be shipped the next business day (except for special order items such as springs which require more time - please see additional information on springs below).

USPS orders are shipped First Class, Priority Mail and Priority Mail International (to Canada only). USPS generally supplies us with a tracking number
. We will attempt to provide a tracking number for USPS orders but cannot guarantee it.
Items marked with Free Shipping will be sent USPS First Class.  Please refer to the section on Free Shipping below for more details.

Please note that there is NO overnight or 2nd day delivery available on weekends (for Saturday delivery) or holidays. Reminder: FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to ship to a PO Box you must select USPS Priority as your shipping option/carrier. Also, if you select FedEx 2nd Day Air or FedEx Overnight/Next Day delivery options you (or someone at least 18 years of age) will be required to sign for the package.

If your order has multiple parts delivered to the same address, your items may ship in SEPARATE boxes to ensure quicker service. Don't worry, you won't be charged any extra shipping fees.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping option no additional charge to you if it will result in a quicker delivery to your home or business.

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or wrong parts before you install them. You MUST return any parts that are incorrect, not needed, or damaged in less than 30 calendar days from the date you placed your order (some exceptions may apply). If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged a claim must be filed through the shipping company after 7 days. Please email us for assistance to initiate a claim. Please keep all packaging materials should the carrier wish to inspect them.

Many items on our site are offered with free shipping. These products are identified as having free shipping as well as having our Star Door Parts Free Shipping icon: next to the price. Please note that all items that come with free shipping will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise noted. If you need your item sooner you can upgrade to an expedited shipping option for an additional charge.

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours, except for custom made orders such as torsion and Torquemaster springs which will can take an additional 24 hours. We only ship orders Monday through Friday and are closed on national holidays. If you choose
Overnight and 2nd Day delivery orders please note that deliver date will be based on the day the shipment leaves our warehouse and may not be the day you placed your order. Depending on the parts you order, your order may be fulfilled from either one of our warehouses across the country.

Starting October 1, 2021, the USPS is implementing new service standards for its first-class mail and packages, lengthening delivery time. Orders shipped USPS First Class will generally take up to 5+ business days to receive from the date of shipment. USPS Priority Mail generally take 3+ business days to receive from the date of shipment. Please note that both USPS First Class and Priority Mail remain non-guaranteed services. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. Orders placed with FedEx Ground shipping options generally take 3 to 5 business to receive from the date of shipment. Orders shipped FedEx Overnight Air will be received the day after we ship the products to you (please see note above regarding Saturday). Orders shipped FedEx 2nd Day Air will be received 2 days after we ship the products to you (please see note above regarding Saturday). For international shipping, please allow 7 to 9 days to receive your order after we notify you that order order has shipped.

As a convenience to our customers we generally allow for drop ship orders (orders that can be shipped and delivered to an address other than the customer's billing address).  However, we do reserve the right to cancel, change, disallow drop ship orders and/or require an adult (someone 18 years of age or older) signature with ID verification upon delivery. If we require an adult signature upon delivery, there may be additional shipping costs incurred.  If your order needs to be changed, canceled or will require adult signature upon delivery, we will contact you first.  In the event that we are not able to contact you by phone or email within 48 hours of the placement of your order, your order may automatically be canceled and you will receive an email indicating the cancellation and your credit card will not be charged.  Please contact us at (952) 818-6633 prior to placing your online if you require assistance with a drop ship order.

We offer shipping of all products to the United States.
However, if you live outside of the United States we may be able to ship to your country. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to ship to your location. If we are able to ship to your country, please note that our shipping and handling charges that our systems generates and/or we quote you do not include import, duty, VAT, clearance, customs, release or other government related taxes or other such charges and fees. You will be responsible for these fees. If you refuse to pay these fees upon arrival in your country and your items are returned to us, you will be charged the restocking fee outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy as well as the cost of our shipping and handling and any return postage due or aid by us as a result of the return.
