The door lock was an exact replacement for my existing lock (for which the keys were lost).

Only problem was that I had to reuse my existing hardware (special nuts).

Lack of instructions may bother some buyers too, but the installation was simple enough.

There was one difference, which is that the replacement square-shanked rod that turns with the handle is not threaded on the back, so there's nothing but friction to keep the interior side of the handle in place. Works fine for me, but it seems like there should be something more keeping it in place.
