Tim the guy I talked to on the phone was very helpful. I received the parts in a couple of days and was able to install them that weekend. The information included as well as your web site made it easy to install.
The garage door opens great, and my mom is happy and she didn't have to buy a whole new opener. I would and will recommend your  company and web site.

I was pleased the items ordered were delivered quickly.  Since I was unsure as to what if any additional parts were required in the repairs, I ordered a kit.  Fortunately, I required only a sprocket for the repairs.  

I found installation instructions on the web.  Maybe a sheet providing links to help videos could be included.
