Star Door Parts offers the option of shipping orders using the US
Postal Service Priority Box mail, UPS or FedEx. Orders can be shipped by the
following methods: Standard Ground, 2nd Day or Overnight/Next Day.
Please note that orders placed with the US Postal Service are not
supplied with a tracking number and orders that are shipped Overnight/Next Day or 2nd Day, are not delivered on Saturdays. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days and do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. USPS shipping to Canada is sent via First Class postage. Shipping amounts also include handling charges. Please note: once your order has been shipped, the shipper may not show any tracking information on your order for up to 24 hours.

Quick shipment and outstanding instructions
I just wanted to pass along my appreciation for the quick shipment and outstanding instructions you provided to change the main gear sprocket with the kit I purchased. Following the instruction I was able to dismantle the garage door opener and replace all the worn parts in about 2 1/2 hours. I can only imagine how much money I saved alone in labor.
