Ordered parts to convert my 1 spring system to 2 springs. Tim called me to inquire if I would accept on hand springs which were better for the same price. Then after talking to him he changed my order to ensure I had the correct components for the job, including the rollers which I had not ordered because I was not sure they were the right size. Tim was awesome. Job completed, all parts correct.
