The gear came on time in new condition, and they also threw in free gear grease as part of a promotion. (Gear grease is mandatory with these plastic gears). I installed the gear in my garage door and now it's working perfectly just like it used to.

The main gear in my craftsman garage door opener stripped out. Being the opener is 21 years old I thought I would never find the part I needed. I found Star Door Parts on line and almost immediately found the part I needed. I ordered it on a Saturday and although it said on the website they would process my order the next business day, they sent an acknowledgment of my order right away. Then on Sunday I get an email saying the order has been shipped. It was at my house three days later with the required grease for proper assembly and free shipping the whole thing cost me $6.00. I am very pleased with Star Door Parts. And wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

They had the correct part for my 40 year old garage door opener.  Instead of having several hundred dollar replacement I was able to replace the stripped gear for under ten dollars and a hours work.

I ordered a gear for my garage door opener it was the cheapest company I found online. Processing was fast, shipping was FREE. Unfortunately the USPS lost the shipment. I contacted the company, they returned my call within the hour. They reprocessed my order and it was shipped out that day for FREE no hassle! Great customer service and Cheap prices a rarity now a days!! Thank you
