I was quite pleased with the ease of ordering, the web site was fairly easy to circumnavigate, although the check out process was a bit confusing, I paid through PayPal, which is a big help.  The parts came just when expected and my garage door is now working again!  The products were easy to install, a better desigh than the original!

My order was filled promptly by your company and shipped Priority mail 2 day delivery.  It was delivered to the wrong address by the post office.  Starr Door Parts offered to resend the part by Fed EX after I notified them I did not receive.  They were quick to respond to my emails, and did all they could on their end to make sure I got my order.  I have no problem with them and would continue to order from them in the future if I need further parts.  Thank you to Mike in Customer Service for his timely assistance.
