I have not installed it yet I'm going to need screw gear also.but ease of Web and dilivery was fine. But this review y do I have to write what it's when it reads what it's about makes your company look ignorant.

My garage door opener failed - about $300 to replace (not counting labor).  Instead, I took the cover off, found a stripped out plastic main drive gear, ordered a new one from Star Door Parts for $8.99... and free shipping!  I got the part, installed it, and life is good for my wife... and thus myself!  MUCH better than a new opener machine - all my remotes are still programmed, everything works perfectly.  All things should be this cool!  : )

Order was pulled and shipped quickly.
The package was shipped Snail mail thou.
It seems that the delay was just getting the package out of MN.  Once out of that state the delivery sped up quickly.
Parts working fine.
