This is how easy it is supposed to be. Everything came in a timely manner and in good order.
Hopefully I won't have to need you in the future but If anything for a garage door comes up, You are my go to people!

THE PARTS I ORDERED WERE WELL PACKED, WERE THE CORRECT PARTS AND THE ORDER WAS COMPLETE. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS. I AM GOOD WITH TOOLS AND DIDN'T THINK THAT THE LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE A PROBLEM. I WAS UNAWARE THAT THE LEFT HAND SPRING NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE (AS VIEWED FROM INSIDE THE GARAGE). IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS, I WOULD HAVE SAVE A BUNCH OF TIME.

Ordered parts to convert my 1 spring system to 2 springs.  Tim called me to inquire if I would accept on hand springs which were better for the same price.  Then after talking to him he changed my order to ensure I had the correct components for the job, including the rollers which I had not ordered because I was not sure they were the right size. Tim was awesome.  Job completed, all parts correct.

We ordered a pair of torsion springs to replace a broken spring on my garage door. We received the order in a timely manner and the product was exactly what we had ordered. The installation went smoothly. We haven't had a chance to operate the door yet because of another problem we encountered that had nothing to do with the springs. I am confident that the springs will work just fine!
