I ordered a spring replacement and received a call from of their Techs that something maybe wrong with my order. Sure enough there was, received spring that was recommended and installed perfectly.

Spring is Perfect Replacement	December 28, 2015

The replacement spring came with the plastic sleeve and installed easily. The new unit was actually stronger than original with metal eccentric cam on one end and on the winder end. Original was plastic. Door works like new. I just hope the Wayne Dalton I-Drive motor continues to work well as I understand that repair parts for it are now unavailable.

I'm a very happy customer. The parts were well packaged and arrived quickly. Install was easy with the instructions on the website.
It's a great product. So much safer than a standard torsion spring.

Springs for my Garage Door	November 24, 2015

Springs arrived well packaged and were the correct types for my Garage door. It would have been better if their were some instructions with them. I went on line and found the instructions. After replacement of the springs I suspect that the one of the original springs were not wound to help the door. This is more than likely why the original one broke in the first place. Now it does not take much effort to raise the door and the automatic opener is much quieter while opening operating.

Shipping is fast and packaging is good.
Not sure why the new spring is about 3 inch shorter than the old spring.
